I'm a stay at home mom to two beautiful children. My 5 year old daughter, who I have nicknamed MonkeyGirl and my 1 year old son, Mr. Man. My main man works hard for our family so that I can stay home and raise our kids.
We are a gluten free, casein free, peanut free family. I enjoy cooking and baking healthy delicious meals for my family. I will be posting recipes that we use at home.
I'm also a lactavist. I believe in human milk for human babies and that breast is best. I believe that all women who wish to breastfeed their babies need support and education. I am currently involved with my local La Leche League chapter. I have started on the path to become a postpartum doula.
