My mom used to make this for me in the oven in a casserole dish. I make mine in my Cuisinart rice cooker.
2 cups boiling water
1 cube of chicken boulianne
2 tbsp Earth Balance butter
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup rice
Cook in rice cooker or bake in covered casserole dish for 30-40 min. in 350 oven.
